Shipping
All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS Service. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount you order:( see charts below )
General Shipping and Tracking
All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders.
After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier¡¦s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on Sexy Somethings store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s). Processing Time
In most cases, your order will be processed within 2-3 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please note: items do not state whether or not they are in stock on the item page, to inquire about item availability please contact through email. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address. If the items are not in stock and must be ordered, they will be shipped within 7-10 business days depending on the availability the particular item. Due to the volatility of, and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture it will take approximately 2- 4 weeks to be shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory. If you would like to cancel your back order. Returns for Ordering Lingerie and Shoes
Our Return Policy : Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. There is no return number requested or email confirmation requested. Simply Send Your item back for a Refund. Item must have original tag attached and UNOPENED or they will not be accepted for return. Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Costumes can be exchanged for a different size only. See exchange instructions below. All PANTIES, THONGS, CHAIN MAIL, TEDDIES, HOSIERY, VINYL LEATHERS are NOT RETURNABLE, Due to sanitary/health concerns and Federal Laws. All Returns on High Heels and Boots are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We will credit your card usually within 7-10 Business Days upon receipt of product. To keep the lowest price, There will be a $3.00 handling fee apply on all lingerie and clothing return. Please note if you do not receive your credit or refund correctly. please email us at help@sexysomethings.com , we will be happy to assist you.
All International shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order gets returned to us as "refused" or "undeliverable", there will be a $10.00 restocking fee applied to your order. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers, items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. We will not refund the cost of return shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
